The Cage at Patent Pending is located inside The Lab. The Cage houses an exclusive collection of spirits. We seek out fine and rare spirits from all over the world - some are hard-to-find, some are special to us for some reason or another, or some we’re just very excited about trying because we’ve heard great things.

We offer caged spirits as neat pours priced per ounce, and, if appropriate, we offer a cocktail or two where the spirts can be used and highlighted.
