this brandy crusta cousin was created during the first world war. after tasting ramon del trocadero brandy, we immediately thought of highlighting it in a sidecar. the caramel, woody notes from the brandy excel next to a dry orange, cognac-based liqueur, a sugar rim and subtle sourness from fresh lemon. perfection in a glass. cheers.
